Absolutely Nothing it was awful
The staff, the room, the amount, I didnt like anything
Nothing... The room was durty, it didn't look nothing like the pictures on the internet. We wanted our money back and they said "no refund" it was awful i would never stay in this crap again
The no refund policy and their false advertisement
Convience to falls
Under construction....mould and smell
Even though this place is about as budget as can be it was clean and everything was working properly. In fact it was in better order than many other accomodations I've been in lately for much more money. Don't expect the Ritz and you wan't be dissappointed. I would go back if I had the need for another very basic stay in the area.
To have ice available free would be nice but there was a little fridge in the room. Also the room had only a shower and no bath, if that is important to you.
Clean minimalist hotel. No reason to waste a lot of money to have an expensive room to be unconscious in.
The curtain was not thick enough-- it let in too much light in the morning. The plumbing was inadequate- the shower would randomly switch from a nice temperature to very hot, probably when someone next door turned on the water. This was a bit annoying, but I managed to dodge the water quickly enough not to get burned. I imagine this could be a more serious problem for the very old or very young, and downright hazardous if this happens while a bar of soap is on the ground to grip over.
Decent value for the money. The stains are definitely there, but I wouldn't say I saw anything especially disgusting. The owners were quite nice and helpful. Stayed one night, didn't encounter any major problems.
We liked the fact that the inn was off the beaten path (away from Clifton Hills in Niagara Falls), away from the noise and bustle for quiet evenings. Close to stores and restaurants.
We specifically chose this inn for the inexpensive rooms and particularly chose a room with a jacuzzi, which did not work. That was a little disappointing, as we paid extra for the jacuzzi and did not get to enjoy it. I also seem to remember a restaurant included on site, which did not exist.
liked the tile around the heart shaped tub.
didnt like dirty walls, you could just see dirty hand prints everywheere.
best thing was the price.some where to sleep.quiet.2.5 miles to falls 20 minutes to 30 wineries. frig annd microwave useful
pool not clean--old carpet (dirty looking) shower curtain was usless. cheap quiet place to sleep though
I stayed in a jacuzzi room when I get out of the tub I slipped on the rug and fell to the floor .I broke two of my fingers. The rug need to be changed to a non skid rug
I like that it was on the bus route
This was a cheap budget hotel that appears to not update/fix broken items ie lounge chairs at the pool, table in the room which was unsteady. The light switch for the bathroom was behind the TV /dresser stand ,no room service during the stay (empty garbage, clean towels etc) Put the room charge 10days ahead of arrival time to make sure that the funds were there otherwise they would have cancelled the reservations as per the front desk staff, they also charge the room in full the day before my arrival so that they wouldn't be out any money incase you change your mind at the last minute This to me is in poor taste and according to my credit card they are/should not be charging until you actually check out I will not go back to this establishment or recommend it
The air quality in the room was awful, my family is still recovering. There were no fresh towels, I realize that it is a discount motel, but fresh towels should be a given. Charges were placed on credit card without authorization, Oh and the rolling black outs, if you are going to use the microwave, I recommend you make sure that the one light in the room is turned off, and your neighbor is not using their microwave too. I'll let you make a game out of finding the light switch for the bathroom.
it was clean and friendly place. for the money it was a good .
room was small and room was packed with to big of stuff.
Poor pillows poor quality for the price
I liked the price and the friendly staff.
The staff said nothing ahead of time, but later confirmed to me that trying to use the microwave while the air conditioner was running tripped a circuit breaker. The rooms were very small.
